Sustainability at its Core

Our state-of-the-art facility is on the path to becoming the first precast plant in the US to achieve Concrete Sustainability Council (CSC) certification, and the second concrete plant in Washington. We pride ourselves on our zero-water emissions policy, recycling all process water and waste concrete on-site.  We utilize an electric concrete delivery system, completely eliminating the need for diesel engine-driven equipment. Additionally, our roof is engineered to support future solar power installations, and the site layout minimizes wasted transportation while accommodating long-term business growth, potentially doubling our current capacity.

20% Reduction

Our ultramodern concrete batch and delivery system to casting beds features advanced controls that enable optimized mix designs, reducing our carbon footprint by up to 20% on certain mixes.

185,000 SF

Our facility boasts four acres of under-roof manufacturing, shop, and office space, designed for maximum efficiency and productivity.  Use of our automated overhead electric crane systems replaces diesel-powered mobile gantry cranes, promoting cleaner operations and reducing our environmental impact.
