Product Information

Knife River has the capability to manufacture Deck Bulb Tee girders in depths ranging from 35″, 36″, 41, 45″, 53″, 60″ to 65″. Should deeper sections be required, adjustments to casting forms can be made. The design specifications for standard Deck Bulb Tee girders are usually determined by the State, County, or relevant Agency. In the Pacific Northwest region, employing a standard-sized DBT with a 6″ deck is the most economically efficient choice for utilizing this section.

Standard Design Options

  • Integral precast Curbs
  • Utility Inserts
  • Weld or UHPC deck connections
  • Air entrained decks, Curved Decks
  • Cross slope, camber compensation
