Product Information

Precast stair units are typically 6″ to 8″ thickness depending on the projects requirements.  Units are cast in steel adjustable forms, number of treads, maximum rise and run and tread kicker shape should all be verify with precaster to reduce cost of custom forms.  Stairs are available in closed riser, half riser and cantilever design.

Standard Design Options

  • Precast stairs erected immediately after supporting structure is complete eliminate the need for temporary stair systems.
  • Adjustable steel forms allow for different tread rise/runs.
  • Stairs can include cast-in tread warning strips or recesses for post erection installation.
  • Precast stairs are extremely durable and maintenance free.
  • Connections can be designed for top of landing access for ease of installation.
