Product Information

Precast Stadia products are typically specific to the project parameters.  Typical product include:

  • Risers – 4″ to 8″ x Riser Profile – single and double tread options
  • Raker Beams – Steel or Precast depths specific to project requirements
  • Vomitory/Header Walls – 6″ to 8″ thick
  • Shear Walls – 8″ to 12″

 

 

Standard Design Options

  • Precast riser sections can be designed with single, double or triple horizontal tread sections.
  • Precast risers that are located at stair ends can have a up turned front face (Tub Riser).  These up turned faces are typically used for mounting of railing, protective glasses, etc.
  • Riser sections are plant cast in a orientation similar to how they are positioned on the final structure.  Verification of riser rise/run with precaster critical during project design.
