Product Information

Solid precast panels when used as exterior cladding is 6″ to 8″ thick depending on the project requirements.  Often solid panels are used as interior walls where thermal performance is not as critical as exterior walls, but structural load bearing panels are needed for interior framing.   Solid panel finish can range for structural grey to higher end design mix + finishes with panel sizes 12′-0″ to 55′-0″+.

Standard Design Options

  • Solid Panels can support reveals or recesses that add depth to the facade.
  • On multiple level project, solid panels typically are typically as tall as the floor to floor height.  Solid wall panels can be design to span greater distances horizontally and include false joints to create the appearance of multiple panels.
  • Where solid panels have bearing on the foundation, a vertical layout is typically preferred.  Panel widths are optimized at 12′-0″ due to transportation, but can extend 55’+ tall.
  • Solid panels support all kinds of finish and mix designs.
