Utility Blockouts

The fast moving, design-build nature of the Adidas Project meant that the precast design was completed prior to MEP trade blockouts located in precast were known. Precast beams were designed with a common utility blockout spacing throughout the structure which could be used by other trades to extend material through beam openings.
